With a strong background in event management working with clients such as Vodafone, Nokia, Diageo, combined with experience in managing one of the world´s most successful brands (The Wiggles), Daniela´s involvement in XVenture Corporate Challenge TV show in 2011 was a natural fit.
Inspired by developing XVenture Corporate Challenge into a bigger brand concept, Daniela joined Mike to develop a business, which offers all of benefits organisations and teams gained from their participation in the TV show, to organisations year round.
As Chief Operating Officer, Daniela is responsible for the day to day running of the XVenture business, as well as managing all of the XVenture Challenge events to ensure all participants and organisations get the most out of their experience.
With a degree in psychology and marketing, Daniela has always been interested in what motivates people and why certain teams are more successful than others. Her ongoing thirst for knowledge lead to becoming a Belbin Accredited practitioner which further cemented her desire to work with people and teams from all walks of life.
In a past life, she spent time as an outdoor education instructor in the UK and a snowboard instructor in Canada.
In her spare time she is involved with charities like The Steve Waugh Foundation, and can be found patrolling North Bondi Beach as a surf lifesaver. Her biggest passions are helping people, playing football, keeping fit and travelling. Most memorable travel experiences include meeting her Child Fund sponsor child in Honduras, spending time speaking her way in Spanish through Colombia and visiting Mision Mexico, a children´s refuge in Tapachula, Mexico.
